Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return unused products within 30 days for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team on 0800 123 4567 or email returns@packright.co.uk
- You’ll receive a returns authorisation number (RMA)
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible
- Include your RMA number and order details
- Ship to our returns address (provided with your RMA)
- Refund processed within 5-7 days of receiving the return
Returns Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Customised or printed items cannot be returned
- Perishable items (chilled packaging, ice packs) cannot be returned
- Bulk orders over £500 may be subject to a restocking fee
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
- We’ll arrange collection and replacement at no cost
- Full refund if replacement not available
Refunds
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 working days for processing
- Original delivery charges non-refundable (except faulty items)
- Trade account credits applied within 24 hours
