1. Eligibility

• Trade accounts are open to registered UK businesses, public sector bodies, and registered charities.
• Online applications require company name, contact name, registered address, VAT or company registration number, and an estimate of monthly spend.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion and to request supporting documentation.

2. Account Set-Up

• Approved accounts receive trade pricing visible when logged in.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Nominee users may be added to a single business account, with the account holder responsible for their activity.

3. Pricing

• Trade prices are shown ex-VAT, per unit, in GBP and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
• Volume pricing tiers apply automatically based on quantity ordered.
• Custom quotes are available for large or bespoke orders via the Quote Basket.
• We may revise prices at any time; orders already placed are charged at the rate applicable when ordered.

4. Payment Terms

• New accounts default to prepay unless credit terms are approved.
• Credit accounts may be granted Net 7, Net 14, or Net 30 terms based on credit checks and monthly volume.
• Approved credit accounts may be assigned a credit limit. Orders exceeding the limit require payment of the balance before dispatch.
• Overdue invoices accrue interest at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, plus recovery costs.

5. Lead Times

Stocked items dispatch same day on orders placed before 3pm. Bespoke or bulk orders may have longer lead times, indicated at the quote stage and on the order confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Returns

Trade order cancellations require written notice before dispatch. Returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom or made-to-order products are not returnable except where faulty.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or close an account for late payment, breach of these terms, or misuse.
• You may close your account at any time by written notice, after settling any outstanding balance.
• Closure does not release you from obligations accrued before closure.

8. Data & Privacy

Account information is processed under our Privacy Policy. We may share information with credit reference agencies for the purposes of credit assessment and fraud prevention.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
